They don’t pay out the money never again

After reading a few reviews, started to panick but they have come up trumps and give me my winnings the day I validated my account, 1-3 days it said..hours it took.. feel abit better now depositing £ knowing ill get my winnings, good comms ✌🏽

Ignore the reviews. The team at bet ninja have been nothing but helpful, had some verification issues but was sorted within 24 hours. I’ve withdrew multiple times with the money hitting my account within 30 hours!!! Most people who have issues withdrawing is because they have deposited and got a bonus and haven’t full filled the wagering, hence why I stay away from bonuses. 5 star all around. Don’t let the reviews put you off

Deposited 20 for bounce.. I cancelled that so played with what was left.. got up to 60 .. came to withdrawal and you need to win 100 to take anything out.. now it says sorry this site is not available in your country.. wtf

I signed up for BetNinja because I was looking for a sportsbook with a simple interface and a decent selection of betting markets. My honest assesment of playing on bet ninja . Firstly depositing can be a problem depending on which payment method you use . Always needs bank authentication with every deposit and a lot of the time doesn't work . Then it converts to euros which if you are in the UK will result in extra small charge .

I would make sure to get yourself fully verified before playing to avoid issue later . This involves passport or driving license and bank statement plus proof of address .

Once playing the site is like most others and offers a good variety of games . As for withdrawing I have had no issues with withdraws , they take about a day to get processed and go straight in once you receive the email . I had a big one and got paid out no problem .

Not sure about protections as they are based in Malta and don't seem to be covered by UK regulators from what I can see .

I have to say that this casino has been one of the most professional casinos outside my home country – thanks for not making withdrawals complicated and thanks for having professional customer service.

What a joke of a company, nothing but issues since i signed up. When i first won i had to jump through hoops to withdraw, which in fairness after 2 weeks, lots of validation and messages, i did finally recieve. Isn't it interesting how you don't have to validate yourself so much when they are taking your money? Anyway last week i had a free bet worth £25 to use on sports, with no option to split the free bet i placed it on the world cup and won a bet at 80/1 (£2000). However only £625 landed in my account, which was the cap apparently. They did not tell me this prior, or allow me to split the bet, or even offer to give me the remainder in free bets. It took me days of emails to get this answer. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You may aswell remove yourself from gamstop and play the safer sites.

I recommend everybody to stay far away from Bet Ninja, especially since there are more reputable and solid casinos like 23Cas.com
BetNinja is quick to take your money but very slow to pay out (that is if you're lucky and they do pay out). They usually find an excuse to confiscate your money. They claim that you somehow managed to break their terms and conditions and violate their rules in one way or another, despite submitting all the required verification documents and actually following their rules to the letter.

After losing £2,000, they closed my account; don't believe the positive reviews—they're fake.
