Purchased two hoodies and paid for over a month ago.
One has arrived and the other still to come. Have sent emails and get the same automated reply.
Do not recommend the company or there product.
Highly unsatisfied customer and feel ripped off.

Beware, the company misleadingly charges in USD at the checkout. This is not disclosed in their website pricing nor at the checkout. Very deceptive behaviour.
The company took no action to rectify this behaviour or even acknowledge it. I will not be purchasing from them.

AussiesMerch shows on its website that it is located in Melbourne. The website advertises items in $. I ordered an item listed at $65 and was sent an invoice showing $65 but my credit card was debited $92 due to a conversion to US$. This is a company that you should not deal with due to their sneaky and unethical pricing

Charged in USD when it said AUD online. Took a very long time for the item to arrive. It was temu quality stitching ripping apart. Just a drop shipper that over charges and delivers by far the worst quality product you'll ever see. DO NOT BUY PLEASE! Trying to help others not get shafted. 200 down the drain, was meant to be 125.

This place sells absolute rubbish.

Purchased the LED team wall mount and got a lazer cut piece of metal and a stip of the world worst LED lights that I was meant to stick to the metal. They didn’t stick at all. The worst part it it says nothing about “building it yourself” it says as quoted on their website

What a load of rubbish. It’s a scam folks. Don’t bother.

AussiesMerch. Really? What a load of bullshit. You profess to be Australian yet we have a tracking number for the product that says at the moment it’s sitting in the Shenzen province in China. How can you advertise to be an all Australian company when the product we ordered (which is a birthday gift which will not arrive in time) is made in China?? We ONLY bought from you because we believed you were an all Australian company. From previous first hand experience, Chinese colours fade quickly & their sizing is totally different to ours, so we don’t know what size we will get. Not impressed. Never again will we buy from you & we will be posting this on social media.

Ordered port power crocs for my grandson, they were cheap nasty crocs the printing on them was so poor the left and right croc didnt match. I thought i was paying $48 but that was in us dollars so ended up costing $70 for a piece of crap. I could have got the crocs in the cheap shop for $2.99 and done the art work better with texters.

Do not purchase from this Company. I purchased a NRL Bulldogs polo shirt and the quality was very poor and the sizing completely wrong from the guide provided. The Company wouldn't accept responsibility and offered a fraction of a refund which I declined. I would have ordered the larger size despite the poor quality if it meant I didn't lose my money completely but this wasn't an option.
This is not an Australian Company and avoid at all costs.

These people are crooks. Advertise in AUD and charge in USD. Poor English skills in emails and clearly run by AI. I've asked for a refund..... They say 7 to 10 days and excluding a 'transaction fee'...... unacceptable! DO NOT order anything from these people.

I spent over $100 on two jersey-style t-shirts and the quality was absolutely shocking. The material is so thin the shirts are completely see-through — honestly worse quality than something you would buy cheaply at Kmart. The sizing was also completely inaccurate and nothing like advertised.

What’s even worse is the customer service. I contacted them immediately after receiving the items and have now spent 7 days going back and forth trying to organise a return and refund. I even offered to pay the return shipping costs myself, yet they still refuse to provide a full refund or even give me a return address.

Their website states items can still be returned within 30 days, but they are not honouring their own policy.

Extremely disappointing experience and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The size chart is wrong,unless you have a smaller body such as a I person from Asia. They do not cater for the typical Australian person who generally has a larger stature. Their products are made in China. I am usually a 2XL but ordered a 3XL and although the jacket length and sleeve length was right you need to be very slim when trying to do the up the I Jacket. The quality of the jacket is good otherwise, but to call themselves 'Aussies'merch is a bit of a stretch.

Besides, the fact that it took ages to get them, the quality is absolute crap. After one wash, the threads started to come out on all items. Colours are not right. Shorts had the wrong name on them. Still waiting for a replacement. It would be quicker to wait for a kidney.

Haven't received my parcel yet, and didnt even give me tracking number so I can see where my parcel is. Never again ordering for this site

This is a weirdly mixed review, because I’ve got the opposite ends of the scale - firstly, I ordered an AFL tumbler, which upon arrival looked pretty good, but unfortunately failed in the first wash with the print peeling off the stainless steel.
I contacted customer service & they were immediately onto it - apologised & sent me out a replacement.
I double checked the washing instructions the second time around & confirmed my washing method was appropriate, but sadly, despite the extra care, the second tumbler peeled just like the first.
I again contacted customer service, who were again apologetic & offered another replacement, which I declined & requested a refund, which they processed the following day.
So my weirdly mixed review is this, whilst the quality of the products is quite poor, their customer service & response time is EXCELLENT. I have never had a refund processed so promptly, nor have had my emails responded to so quickly.
Am I disappointed by the quality of product, of course I am.
But I am also surprised at their superior customer service - quick & polite correspondence & then action.
Hence the 5 star rating

I ordered some NRL club shorts and when they arrived they were too long and ill fitting on my husband. We thought they were very ugly compared to the photos on the site. They would not reply to my emails personally and when they finally did they offered me a 20% refund. Terrible service and awful products
