Fine until need for returns. Audodoc could easily have provided a streamlined and favorably priced return solution through local carrier cooperation as many multinational net shops do. But, you have to arrange it yourself ("send to German address"). You should be completely sure that the parts will fit before ordering – maybe go somewhere more local with larger money orders when returns might be an option.
Still, I enjoy the Autodoc site with a huge product range in stock and favorable prices. Will surely continue using it.

One of my top favorite sites for car parts.
Overall, I'm satisfied. They attend to customers immediately. Problems are resolved quickly. Sometimes the wrong products are sent, but if it's their fault, they immediately send you the correct part. All makes and models are listed. The overall service quality is good. The preview image quality of the products is very good. The 3D product detail images are excellent. I can always see exactly what I'm paying for. When I cancel my order, it's cancelled immediately and not shipped. This is a very important point. Because there are some companies that ship orders even after you cancel them. And then you have to pay the return shipping costs. I've had to cancel orders a few times and never had to pay any fees. Generally, my purchases go smoothly.

I've ordered a lot of things from you before, everything was always fine. This time, you sent me parts that weren't for my car model. I blindly trusted you. I opened the packages with the mechanic, only to discover the parts didn't fit. There's no point in writing to explain and try to get my money back. The parts weren't terribly expensive, but my trust in you has been shattered at this point. I'm wondering whether to continue using you or choose another company, so my rating is now one star.

I’m very disappointed with my experience, even though I’d only heard good things about Autodoc. I placed an urgent order for a part in Norway.
When I placed the order, there was no estimated delivery date. It’s now been two days, and the order still hasn’t been processed. The estimated delivery date is in nine days’ time, even though my delivery charges are very high.
I’ve also tried contacting customer service several times without success; the chatbot is simply useless.
