Arrow Bow Scammed me 1903 EUR for Vaultek Safe
Hope my review finds you well, so that you keep your money instead of giving it to these scammers. I made a purchase of a Vaultek RS800 for 1903 EUR on May 2024. Since then, I have neither received the safe itself, or my money back.
It's been almost 2 years... I have been trying to contact these scammers through email and their phone number. Where they always said we are preparing for shipment, or later on processing your refund, and so on, but nothing resulted in a honest transaction. They only wasted my time and stalled me to actually believe that maybe I can receive my refund or my safe.
A year later, I wrote a negative review just like this one in Trustpilot. Eventually, they decided to contact me and threatened me that they will sue me if I don't remove my negative comment in the website. Anyway, I told them I am not removing anything unless you refund me my money back, they asked me to remove it first and they will refund it back. Anyway, I removed the negative comment, and of course nothing happened and they stalled me again, saying there are tons of other people also waiting to get refunded from Vaultek products orders so I have to wait and I wanted to get my money back, so I co-operated with them. The date of my review was 17 of January 2025.
Last week, I have had enough of waiting for them the process my refund, for 12 months so I emailed them again only to hear nothing from their side.
Now, I am not even sure how they are operating a business with scamming people in bare day light and nothing happening to them. Maybe my review will help a couple of other people to not make purchases from this people.
I am not even sure what to expect in result of my review in here, I am desperate for help and I really need my 1903 EUR back.

We have received your messages regarding your refund request. At this time, we are unable to process the refund, as we have not received any response or the required documents and information from you.
Without this information, our administration cannot proceed with a refund.
Required information
You have been contacted multiple times by email with a request for additional information and/or proof. These requests are not made without reason.
Due to our recent transition to a new administrative system and in accordance with fraud prevention laws and regulatory requirements, we are legally required to verify this information before issuing any refund.
As long as the requested data has not been received, the refund will remain on hold. This decision has been made by both our administration department and management.
Transparency and legitimacy
We would like to clearly state that we are not a scam or fraudulent business. We have recently undergone an extensive inspection by police and customs authorities, during which everything was found to be fully compliant.
We operate strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to weapons and ammunition legislation, and we cooperate with the relevant authorities.
If you have any doubts, you are welcome to collect the refund amount in cash at our physical location in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. On-site, you can view our showroom, warehouse, and offices, and see that we serve a large number of customers on a daily basis.
We kindly but firmly request that you respond to our emails and provide the requested documents.
Without this information, we are unable to process any refund. This is a mandatory administrative and legal procedure.
Posting negative reviews or failing to respond to our requests will not accelerate this process. Only by providing the required information can we resolve your case.
Case closure
If we do not receive the requested information within 5 business days from the date our emails were sent, the case will be closed.
In that situation, the refund amount will be available only for cash collection at our store in Rotterdam. No further phone calls or email correspondence regarding the same matter will be conducted.
Additional clarification
You have indicated that you did not receive the product. However, under the name Tuncay, we currently do not have sufficient or verifiable information in our system. For this reason, we require the requested data to investigate and verify your claim.
Please note that multiple Vaultek orders have already been refunded due to delivery issues. These refunds were processed for customers who cooperated and provided the required information. A significant portion of Vaultek orders has been cancelled and handled correctly.
In your case, the necessary information is still missing, which prevents our administration from completing the refund.
Our administration does not request customer data without reason. As long as we do not receive the required information, a refund cannot be issued.
If you prefer, you may visit us in the Netherlands to collect the amount in person and verify that we are a legitimate, established business.
We are willing to assist you, but this requires cooperation from your side as well.
