i have bought a printer multifunction…

i have bought a printer multifunction and it doesn't work. i have used only for printing 3 pages and doesn't work. call them alphaink and they said that i have to sent it back with my own money and they don't respond for nothing. time for waiting more than 1 month. no trust on alphaink
