When goods are not what you expect to receive

When, like in this case, the goods are not what the client ordered, the company should refund or provide the right goods without offer a partial refund. It is not a client fault. It takes him energy and time and a lot of writing to get back his money and it feels like the company is stealing, because the offer of 20 or 30% of refund is still a gain for the company.
Hari did anyway a good job. He has followed the company procedures and was always taking care . Very professional.

Wrong product delivered

Wrong product delivered, and no customer support at all.

I contacted the company three times by email to report the issue, but they never replied. The phone number is also useless — it only leads to a recorded AI voice message, with no possibility to speak to a real person.

Very disappointing and suspicious experience. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.

the pic on the webside was misleading…

the pic on the webside was misleading about the product, before buying i checked and the product could be returned at my charges, but it could be returned. i checked where was located the shop and it give a swiss address. but hen i started the return procedure they informed me that i had to sent the product to Asia!!
all the communication is by mail, so very slow, and if u call the swiss number it says that they are close for summer holidays, and we are in may!! do not buy on this website
