I would rate it less than one. I had an emergency lock repair and paid £100 more than quoted and lock failed twice and I have been locked in my house all weekend and I am still getting no joy 72 hours later.

We had locked ourselves out of our bungalow as we forgot to remove the key fom our front door when we left this morning. When getting back home we could not unlock the front door because of the key inside. We called your company and within ten minutes of calling we had a lovely gentleman arrive and rectified the situation. He advised that the lock was not suitable for our front door and he recommended a different type of bolt so we decided to go with his suggestion. There was no pressure to change the bolt. The call out charge was £59 which I feel is a fantastic charge - I thought the charge would be over £100. Thank you so nice again fir your help.

Locksmith was on time - phoned up 1 hour before. He was very polite and fixed the back door lock in minutes, very efficient. Would highly recommend. Fantastic job.

I booked a locksmith in haste after finding myself locked out of my house, without checking any reviews beforehand. I have to say, however, that I was impressed from start to finish. He arrived within an hour, as indicated, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, reassuring and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I was charged exactly what I had been quoted, which was also less than another company had quoted. Excellent service from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible to register. Firstly my booking was via a local locksmith in the area. But the work was routed to All services 4 U without my consent!. I was quoted a fair price, £59.00 + vat for the labour charge to remove and replace lock. However the locksmith installed a TSS 3 lever lock. A cheap internal lock that retails for £10.00 on an external storage unit. Charged £90.00 for the lock alone and lock smith falsely claimed it was Chubb quality. The company refused to part refund on the lock. Also the signature mark on the invoice.customer signature line was not mine
I would strongly advice avoiding them.

Ahmet was able to identify the root cause of the problem and provide a practical, lasting solution after five previous electricians had attended and repeatedly fixed the same issue without resolving it permanently. He demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and communicated clearly throughout the process. I really appreciate his professionalism and the effort he put into finding the right solution.

Ahmet did a fantastic job today. He systematically worked through the electrical system until he was able to isolate the issue we had with our intercom system. He was able to repair it and get the intercom up and running in a prompt, polite and professional manner. Top man. I needed a locksmith urgently at midnight. He arrived within 30 mins, did his job, was pleasant and polite at that time of night and solved my problem. I couldn't ask for more.
