Fake product - misleading advertising.
I ordered a replacement battery that was advertised as original Samsung. What I received was a counterfeit battery - missing the double-side tape and stickers like on the picture and also looks a bit different than the original one in my phone. Sending back the batteries costs as much as the battery itself, so sending it back on my own costs is not a solution. The mentioned they only would send a refund if the battery was defect. Clearly it is not defect, but it is a counterfeit battery..
The capacity is also less than advertised since this is not an original battery.

This company is deceptive and untrustworthy. Never buy from them unless you want to receive a dangerous counterfeit battery.

I ordered a macbook battery on December 26th, it was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 work days but was shipped on January 28th, the exact date when DHL went on a strike in Germany. I was only informed about the delay after I asked almost 2 weeks after my purchase. Customer service lady always has a bad attitude and never listens. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

- I received exactly the battery I ordered. I haven't been able to measure the battery capacity yet, I hope it will be the same as the nominal value.
- The battery only arrived on the 4th working day after ordering.

Paid and never received my accu for S21. Calls and wire confimrations did not help. Apparently they are stealing money.

Ordered a battery for galaxy s10 which was described as an original with a 3300 capacity. However after several charge - discharge cycles I would say that according to battery tracking app it has only 2100mAh instead of 3300, which is definitely not good.

Replacement battery for an old MacBook (which unfortunately does not get any spare parts or support from Apple anymore) got shipped quickly on time, very friendly customer support, the shipment was in a good state, and the product has a good quality, making my old device usable again! Thanks a lot!
