Erin made the process very easy
Erin made the process very easy, which was very nice as I had been left in the lurch by my previous umbrella company ad the have decided to wind up the business with next to no warning.

Recent joined via the Umbrella Company route
I have recently signed up with Advance as an Umbrella Company for a contracting role.
This is the first time I have worked in this way, and so was a bit worried about the process of getting everything set up. I approached four companies to speak about providing this service and Advance appeared to be the best option for me in terms of margin charged, salary sacrifice pension contribution options, simplicity, clarity and depth of information provided, and personable approach. They were not pushy at all, unlike certain others I spoke to.
The sign up process was straightforward, with the requirements for information being clear.
My subsequent queries have all been promptly, efficiently, and comprehensively answered.
So so far I'm really pleased with the decision I made to work with Advance, and hope this continues.

Excellent change of umbrella company
I was recently forced to change umbrella companies for various reasons. I was quite happy with my previous company but it seems they were not complying with something or other.
Anyway, I don’t like change and was annoyed to have to change. However, I can only say nice things about Advance after three months with them. Customer support are always helpful with prompt replies. Fees were slightly less overall so win win.
I was given a choice of four companies to choose from and I think I chose the best one.
