Working from home is not absence
I work at a remote-first company. The default absence request type is "Working from home". At my company that isn't even absence. It definitely shouldn't be the default.

Thanks for your feedback! Team availability can be viewed in a few different ways – for example by filtering the team calendar by team or department, or by using the capacity report. If you're looking for something more specific, feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to take a closer look.
Scrolling through the weeks
Scrolling through the weeks, sometimes you need to see a specific week or weekend in the middle of your screen, but the scrolling simply moves in blocks and you can't then "micro-scroll". Makes it hard when you're planning your weeks

I hate the cue-cards
Your cue-card popup is based on a cookie instead of on my account. I really don't need a refresher every time I switch machines or browsers, or clear cache. It puts noise in the way of my ability to get work done. That goes against your value prop.

E-mail anouncements look like errors. It is all red and starts with a word YAY. Make it green and change the wording to improve the UX.
