Shame ! Scam !

Shame ! What a scam, this is on a very new level. using technology as an excuse to rob people off ! People are new to this technology specially in a country like Germany. They must have been making tons of money using their excuses to fine people. specially the places that hire them. those are the real scammers!

A clear scam

A clear scam, way to earn money from people by providing poorly instructions and profiting from their own lack of instructions and bad technology. I will never park again in places supported by this parking company.

Predatory, abusive

There are no barriers, it is indicated that everything is automatic, yet I received a 60 CHF fine for shopping and parking at Migros M park for 36minutes. That is over 120 times the amount I was supposed to pay (CHF 0.5), with no warning, not notification highlighting that I didn't pay, nothing. This does not reflect Migros' values and whatever legal basis they are pushing for this, it is disproportionate, appalling and abusive.
as Migros customers, you can expect an online petition for Migros to kick out this predatory, abusive entreprise, making hefty profits out of these disproportionate charges.

Do NOT use this parking service.

Do NOT use this parking service. The QR system doesn't work. I visited Helio Hospital in Hildesheim several times, at all QR code payments, I was informed by Mobility Hub that the transaction was accepted. For some reason, the payment was not made through my Apple / mastercard and therefore, Mobility Hub saw good to fine me every time, €54.

I got a fine anyways!

The park machine indicated that I can drive out without paying as I was still within the free time. I still received the fine from the company!!!

Fine despite of proper payment

I paid for parking at Kehlheim, the machine didn't work. I filed an error message but nevertheless was fined 55.5 Euro. It took them 2(!) min to "review" my complaint and reject it

Rip-off

parking was indicated free while charging my e-car in Nuremberg. For not scanning a bar code while charging they made me pay 20-times the parking fee (61 EUR) though I did provide evidence of my charging session afterwards. I appreciate the technology but that‘s a rip-off.

Misleading Parking at the Alpine Coaster Oberammergau

I parked at the Alpine Coaster in Oberammergau, Germany in June. There was no ticket to collect, no barrier to entering or leaving the parking lot. It appeared that the parking lot was free to park in, and perhaps there was a charge during the ski season. Based on other reviews, it appears this company is set up to catch honest people unaware, and then chase them for fines.

This is most likely a fraud company…

This is most likely a fraud company that makes money for peoples mistakes, Ive paid my parking ticket for 2 euros and received 53 fine still , Ive showed them bank statement and also receipt from their machine , the Issue was I didn’t write the whole plates number , Ive sent many inquiries since they don’t have a direct Email to avoid confrontation with customers, They keep generating the same Email that they didn’t find any similar plates number which is a big lie and they have a camera picturing that , When I showed them all the proof they stopped replying to my Emails , I even called the two stupid representatives kept repeating the same thing and one of them said you didn’t write the whole numbers which means I paid and they know that but they want to benefit from the mistake…anyway STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARKING SPOT , THEY DONT MAKE MUCH MONEY OUT OF PARKING SO THEY IMPLEMENTED THIS TACTIC TO SCAM PEOPLE

This company is horrendous!!!!!!!!

This company is horrendous! We paid the 4.50 euro to park for the day and 3 months later, we received a 79 euro fine for parking there - saying we didn't pay! We have proof of payment too via the credit card statement we used to tap to pay with! On top of this, we were also debited a 35 euro admin fee from the car rental place too. Be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!
