Surprise: Taxes not included… Only after completing payment it wrote that the price does not include taxes and fees, which are pretty high. Customer service refused to help. Learn from our experience:

Needn’t have worried - all good!
Was wary of booking with Amimir as I had never used them before but after reading some good reviews and only needing to pay £10 deposit, I took the plunge, plus they were cheaper than other booking sites. Booking process was easy and I double checked with the hotel that they had received our booking before paying the final balance and they had. Easy booking process so would use again.

Above and Beyond
We booked one night with Amimir prior to staying in a Villa, unfortunately the accommodation was cancelled and the alternative offered wasn't of a similar standard and was rejected. The team at Amimir found us what appears to be excellent accommodation which would have been double our original accommodations price all at the original price. Above and beyond, thanks very much for your professionalism.

Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through Amimir. Fraud Company

After reviewing your booking, we found that the email address provided when the reservation was made was different from the one you later used to contact us. For this reason, the booking confirmation was sent to the email address originally provided.
We would also like to remind you that our Customer Service team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you can contact us at any time if you need assistance.
We would also like to clarify that, according to our records, your booking was confirmed with our supplier. We have not received any notification or information indicating that the reservation was not confirmed at the accommodation.
