I ordered the power bank 13th January the allotted time for delivery had past emailed customer service and they responded quite quickly. Stating high volume of orders. It finally arrived today 6th February very happy with both chargers

AVOID this company
AVOID!! I paid £88 for 2 Power banks plus 2 free slim power banks. Express delivery but after 1 month I hadn't received my order.
Customer service just went round In circles saying they were refunding me 5% and dispatching my items immediately but nothing arrived. I raised a dispute with PayPal at which point they created a tracking number to shut the dispute down after several days I received 1 Nord charge bank out of my order of 4. (The label states 2 items) PayPal have now said the dispute is resolved and I can not have a refund. This is a complete scam.

Product is not as good as claimed - little power storage
Took advantage in November 2025 of the very slick Facebook promotion for 2 power banks and a free mini power bank.
Took an absolute age for them to arrive, only being delivered just in time for Xmas as were presents for family members.
They look great - but are not fit for purpose or in any way as powerful as claimed in the adverts.
All are supposed to "fully recharge 3 phones". Can't even get one charge out of any of them.
My fault - I fell for design over functionality, but there definitely has to be a case for false advertising in the claims A'Dar make for the products.
£90+ for 3 pieces of substandard tech that I could have paid 1/3 of the price for something better.
Avoid.

The actual number of charges a power bank can provide depends heavily on the smartphone model, its battery size, current usage during charging (screen on, apps, 5G, etc.), and charging method. That said, we understand that if you were expecting significantly more capacity, this can feel misleading.
We’d also like to clarify that we offer different versions of our power banks. The standard version is designed for everyday, compact use and typically provides around 1–2 charges, depending on the device. For higher demands, we offer the NordCharge Max (10,000 mAh), which is intended for multiple full charges and larger devices. It’s possible that the standard version may simply not have been the right fit for your needs.

Delays, short ship and suspect insufficient stocks
Order # 3690.. Update… It’s now the beginning of Feb.. I had already written a negative review in early Jan. My order was placed early December.
Part of my order arrived after numerous emails to the company. The remaining items which I have paid for are still missing and was promised delivery ASAP.
The same excuse, sorry we are a new company start up.. I suspect they take the orders & payment, and don’t have sufficient stock in their warehouse, and are delaying, stalling delivery, and then to appease the situation they ship short.
This company is obviously buying in from overseas and don’t actually have sufficient stocks to meet orders.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order with them on the 17th December for delivery to Ireland. It is now almost 7 weeks since I placed the order and I have not yet received the product. I have emailed their support team multiple times and have received the same response each time - “we’re sorry your order has not arrived…we’ll check and get back with an update”. But not once have I received a follow on update.
I have tried messaging them on Facebook and have also used the useless chat bot on their website to no avail. I now firmly believe that this is a scam company that will take your money and never deliver the product.

One star is too good Company is a scam
One star is too good. Company is a total scam. I'm sorry I did not read trust pilot. Ordered two power banks in Nov 25 and I never received them. I emailed the company numerous times and I kept receiving emails back from a bot. Constantly asking for order number ,why I want a refund, everytime I explain why they ask the same questions again. I was told I would get a refund but I never received the refund. Then when I emailed them back. Same questions again. What is your order number, why do you want a refund. Do not buy from this company. I actually think the good reviews on trust pilot are a scam. Too many bad reviews saying the same thing that happened to me.
