I always order from this site never a problem. Usually they deliver with DPB. It arrives in time. Now they made FedEx deliver it ( fedex is shit ) should have arrived friday. Now its scheduled for friday while my pakket is just sitting since thursday there. The website is good but god they should not work with FedEx ( trash )

Very good store, me and my friend already bought some stuff from here. ( belgium ) shipping costs are very cheap and they always deliver on time! the prices are on some parts expensive ( not all of them ) but its a very trustable site! Would def order again from here!!!

J’ai contacté Cybertek pour la première fois le 22 août 2025 afin de corriger une facture sur laquelle le nom de mon entreprise n’apparaissait pas. Mon premier email est resté sans réponse. Après relance une dizaine de jours plus tard auprès du service client, on m’a finalement répondu que la comptabilité avait “clôturé la période” et qu’il était impossible d’ajouter le nom de l’entreprise — ce qui est faux, leur clôture officielle étant au 31 décembre.

Sur plus de 20 factures auprès de mes différents fournisseurs, tous ont pu émettre un avoir pour corriger ce type d’erreur. Cybertek est le seul fournisseur à refuser, alors que la seule modification demandée était d’ajouter le nom de l’entreprise sur la facture existante, sans changer l’adresse ni le montant.
Résultat : une perte de TVA de plus de 1 300 € pour ma société, uniquement à cause de leur manque total de volonté.

À ce jour, 9 octobre 2025, je n’ai toujours reçu aucune réponse à mon dernier email du 11 septembre 2025.

Cybertek est très présent au moment de la vente, mais disparaît dès qu’ils n’ont plus d’argent à y gagner.
En cas de problème, attendez-vous à n’avoir aucun soutien.
Ce niveau de service est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise : si vous attachez de l’importance à un service client professionnel et réactif, Cybertek n’est pas un fournisseur sur lequel vous pouvez compter.

ENGLISH:
I first contacted Cybertek on August 22, 2025, to correct an invoice where the name of my company was missing. My initial email received no response. After following up about ten days later with the customer service, I was finally told that the accounting department had “closed the period” and that it was impossible to add the company name—which is false, as their official fiscal year closes on December 31.

Among more than 20 invoices across multiple suppliers, all others were able to issue a credit note to correct such errors. Cybertek is the only supplier refusing to do so, even though the requested change is minimal: simply adding the name of the company to the existing invoice without changing the address or amounts.
As a result, this has caused a VAT loss of over €1,300 for my company, solely due to their complete lack of willingness.
As of October 9, 2025, I have still received no response to my last email sent on September 11, 2025.

Cybertek is very responsive at the time of purchase, but disappears as soon as there’s no money to gain.
In the event of any issues, expect to receive no support at all.
This is an unacceptable level of service. I strongly advise caution: if you value professional and reliable customer support, Cybertek is not a company to rely on.

Screen does not work, no sound from monitor either

Ordered a 2000€ gaming pc
The package arrived well boxed, already fully mounted and the graphic card wasn't moving at all. Only had to remove a few protections from the inside and to plug it in
They've left all the extra pieces from the different components with the pc, which is good if you want to change parts later
Installed W11 myself and it is running perfectlyyy
