NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Can’t return an item using their website tried many times and also sent emails with screen shots of the “technical error” it continually displays three replies received via email all on different days tell me the fault is now fixed and you may try again and every time I repeat the return it fails and my 14 day return window is running out!!! I have asked multiple times for an address so I can return the item and pay postage myself but NO address sent to me on reply.
Also tried to make contact by phone and no telephone number listed to Creamy Fabrics, I even in desperation messaged the influencer I saw advertising the articles (body suit) I bought and she said she can’t help!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET NO CUSTOMERS SUPPORT FROM THIS BRAND
Order refunded eventually

Broken returns process, poor communication, and persistent pressure to remove this review
I ordered a Comfort Push-Up Bra from cfab in May 2026. When I tried to return it, the returns portal was completely non-functional. This was not a brief outage — it remained broken for the entire six-week period I was dealing with this company. During that time I personally visited DHL drop-off points to research return options and sent numerous emails chasing responses that were slow to arrive.
Having exhausted all options, I ultimately had to raise a chargeback with American Express to recover my money. The refund came from my bank, not from cfab.
What has been equally troubling is cfab's response to my review of this experience. I received multiple emails asking me to remove or reconsider my review. On one occasion I was explicitly offered a refund of return shipping costs contingent on my removing it. I declined. When I did not remove the review, cfab flagged it to Trustpilot — first claiming it was not from a genuine customer (Trustpilot verified it was), and subsequently claiming it contained defamatory content.
My review is accurate. It reflects what happened. I am sharing it so that other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this company.

Ordered 10 days ago, no news on delivery
Ordered 10 days ago. My items say they are "on the way" but with no tracking number, they have clearly not been sent and they don't respond to emails. Delivery is supposed to be 2-8 days. Now just waiting 14 days until I can get my credit card to cancel the payment.
What a terrible way to run a business.
Update. Now 12 days since my order, 5 days since requested a cancellation. They have emailed back and refused to cancel the order, even though it has not been sent. The latest delivery date was yesterday.
They have been dishonest about stock levels and delivery times. And are refusing to refund me for an item they stated was in stock which was not.
Avoid!
Final update
My order arrived out of the blue after 13 days. The following day I got an email saying my item had been dispatched, immediately after an email to say it had been delivered, then an email from customer service to say I had my item. During all of my enquiries, not once did they say it had been posted. They could have saved me a lot of stress if they had.
Anyway the bras are nothing special, comfortable enough, but not great.
Side note they have asked Trustpilot to remove this review so I have had to verify my purchase. They should apologise and accept the review, and work to improve their service. Not get reviews they don't like taken down!

Never ever buy something from this company!
It was terrible. I ordered sale pieces - and nothing fitted me very well. Tried to return the clothes, and found out they are excluded from returning them via customer support - who was very slow and rude, by the way. So I made use of my right of withdrawal (EU right Online Shopping) within the 14 days possible, that btw is legally more worthy than some shop terms and conditions here in Germany. I even put a printed withdrawal version in the return package - together with a friend to have a witness - as I already thought that they will make me some problems. In the end I had to pay 60 euros for zero clothes, as I have returned them. They neither send me back the clothes nor accepted the return. NEVER EVER buy at this store when you don't want to be scammed. I'll need to start a legal dispute or live with it...
