As always the properties leased out by Crabtree & Crabtree are very well presented with all that you need. All communication with them is punctual and the information you receive is accurate.

Crabtree and Crabtree are very efficient. Everything was covered fully which made it very easy to book and get to the property without any problems. Booking was very straight forward.

Found Crabtree & Crabtree very efficient & a pleasure to deal with. They answered a couple of questions at the booking stage very well, helped us find dogsitter options prior to our stay and resolved an issue within the property quickly on day 1. A very good service.

The company searched for appropriate accommodation for me, very quickly and were a great help. I've booked with them before, many years ago and only have good memories of quality accommodation on offer on their website.

Such an easy website to browse....booking straight forward with good customer service right up to and after your stay. We have used Crabtree and Crabtree for over 4 years now and would recommend them. All the cottages we have stayed in and many returned to are all of such a high standard.....We have never been disappointed.

C&C were professional and helpful throughout. They responded well and quickly to my queries and they kept me fully informed about the different stages of booking and arrival. (I still puzzle a bit over the legal relationship between the hirer, the owner of a property and C&C but in the event this did not cause any issues.)
