Got a JJK hoodie. Shipping was fast to Canada. The quality was not what I expected, appreciate that it’s 100% cotton but it is thin and material is scratchy. The colour isn’t even close to being as vibrant or bright as pictured. Even the “black” hoodie wasn’t black, it was a faded vintage wash type. Looks like they only accept refunds from the EU or nothing at all since it was part of a drop. Their products should say final sale so it’s more obvious. I didn’t bother reaching out based on that and reviews. I don’t recommend.

I ordered an edgerunner shirt from Realm a while ago, because I really liked the design and ive loved the show since it came out. I was skeptical of the website, so i read their exchange/return policy, and then went through the size guide they have on the product listing.

I recieved the shirt, and the size guide it gave was completely off. The medium was supposed to be approximately 22.7 inches in width, but it was actually 25.5, which is closer to their supposed 2xl. It may not seem like a lot, but it makes me look like a box. The shirt itself looks nice and I like the design, but I can't wear the thing without it being overtly loose.

I emailed their support for a potential exchange, twice, and got zero reply. I would have accepted a refusal, but there wasn't even a reply, in the 2 to 3 weeks i waited. So yeah, order at your own risk, you'll get a product, don't expect it to fit as you want. Don't expect support to reply to your email :(

Didn’t have any problems with shipping it came within the expected timeframe the staff were helpful and I loved my hoodie, it is very comfortable it is warm but not too warm where it’s impossible to wear in the summertime.

I got the sandevistan hoodie. 86€ for a decent hoodie. The hoodie overall is not bad quality, I don't like too much the wrist part because it's a little tight and the print isn't that bad. I kinda think that it's a bit overpriced also for the fact that it took 2 weeks/20 days to arrive from china probably and not from the uk. To conclude the staff is polite and willing to help you with any problem you find.

I've bought 3 pieces yet (4th one on its way rn xD), and i've had them without any real complications! the qualities of my two hoodies are PERFECT, my Edgerunners deskmat is also in perfect quality! the print is beautiful, and the embroidery even more!! (i love my Samurai/Johnny hoodie xD)

i overall recommend buying!

Terrible!!!! Ordered my son a hoodie it’s too small! Can’t find out how to return it! I’ve sent an email daily and trying to phone them and the line goes dead! Out of pocket and stuck with a hoodie too small!!!

Support is pretty much non-existent and the one time they did answer, they claimed that refunds or replacements wouldn't be an option, despite eu-law and even uk-law clearly stating the opposite. Never got a response from them since. This process seems pretty much like scam and given their pricey items, I'd recommend to avoid them

Shipping was quite fast for coming from china, quality is excellent and it feels great on my body, truly recommend buying from there

The Malenia Hoodie I purchased just arrived and it looks absolutely fabulous! The cotton is so soft and the design is amazing!!! Highly recommend!

Horrible materials used, the sizing is all massive and when i asked to return and refund clothes i was refused. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

I had a small issue with my order tracking showing as "cancelled" because my emails accidentally went to their spam folder. However, their Discord support team (huge thanks to Sukuna!) was incredibly helpful, responsive, and sorted everything out very quickly. I just received my hoodie and I absolutely love it—the quality is fantastic! Highly recommend this brand for their solid customer service and amazing clothes!

The delivery time was as expected!
The condition of the clothing was perfect and the quality was just as described being very smooth and having that cotton-like feel.
Everything about this hoodie is perfect and I’ll be looking forward to see what Realm have to offer in the future

High price point but the quality is definitely worth it.

Quality is actually amazing, size is perfect i got a medium overdrive hoodie and its actually so good. Despite all my friends telling me its a scam i still put in trust and im glad i did. 100% recommend

I saw ads on instagram and TikTok and got curious because the designs looked very clean, so I ordered multiple shirts and was super impressed! Not only that but I was impressed with the customer support as well, as reaching out to someone on the team felt personal and fast as opposed to other brands!

I’ve ordered from Realm 4 times now and been pleased with every single purchase. The fabrics are high quality and the construction is always on point! Staff / support staff are super kind and helpful. :) I’m always looking forward to their next drop to see their latest amazing designs!
