They dispatched the unit immediately…
They dispatched the unit immediately for delivery, which was misplaced by the Courier, on notification they immediately dispatched another unit which arrived without problem, Jonathon was extremely helpful and kept me in touch throughout, I then had some issues with the setup (my fault not theirs), contacted support by email, Kai immediately rang back and sorted the problem out, extremely professional, friendly and efficient company and didnt make me feel like a "numpty" 5*

Not enough information sent for programming etc with the purchase. Advised that they did not offer a programming/set up service externally and simply did not have the time to do the set up. Returned the product to the seller.

Many thanks for your feedback, we do value all thought whether good or bad.
I'm not sure if there is some confusion with regards to this, as all of our systems come with a free remote onboarding and training session as standard, where one of our Engineers would have assisted with the setup. We do also offer external call-outs for installs if required, however this would be a chargeable service at the Engineers day rate.

Annual support - getting a ticket and waiting for a response that can take 24 hours
The company pays for support annually. The support consists of going onto the website and getting a ticket, not actually speaking to someone. The query we had was urgent yet it took 24 hours for them to reply, by which time I'd found a way around the problem.

Generally when tickets are created Engineers respond within the hour and can do so by any preferred method (on the ticketing system, via email or over the phone) so it seem strange that you didn't get a response for that period of time.
