Received my watch, one of my choices was the gold watch with the white mother of pearl face and beads. Gifts for my daughters they will absolutely love themlove.

The watches themselves are lovely...until something goes wrong. I had my watch for approximately 8 months when it stopped working. I contacted Clarine, someone eventually got back to me asking for a video of the watch not working. I sent that back the same day and now 2 weeks later I can not get anyone to respond to find out how this will be resolved. So much for a 2 year warranty!!

We received the watches well in time and the quality of watches is more than the price range. I had to order again

Would mark it 0 if possible. This is a scam site, and the positi e reviews are fake. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam company who take your money say a month later that the item is lost in post and you can only get a gift receipt and not a refund. The item I wanted was sold out so I wanted full refund as there was nothing else I wanted to purchase. I asked for this and they have ignored me ever since, not even sent the giftcard.

I recently bought three watches, loved them but then the winder fell off the one I have been wearing. I have emailed them twice (28.8.26 and 1.9.26) but have had no reply. Disappointed as I really thought they were a genuine, caring company.
