I have ordered from the UK and from the get go Tom has been absolutely amazing, I cannot fault the service in the slightest. When the watch was shipped it came the day later. I am over the moon with the watch, absolutely amazing.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. Excellent communication with Tom who was fair beyond belief.... truly.

I’m from Denmark and ordered my watch on Chronofactum’s website. I can highly recommend purchasing from them - also if your German is poor (or even without speaking German). If you have any questions, Tom (fluently in English)will help you. Very service minded and professional. If something should go wrong they will fix it right away. I had a problem with my watch and they promptly made it easy for me to ship it back and sent a new watch with express delivery so I could bring it with me on vacation. Very satisfied and will order again another time.

Well-packaged and fast shipping.
I was satisfied with the purchases and the prices.
The only flaw is that the language setting on the website and on Trustpilot is German by default.
For an international trading site, the use of English is, unfortunately, mandatory.
This, however, doesn't take away any stars.

We had a problem with Watch availability, but thanks to a direct and immediate B to C communication, they Let me know what was going on. Then they Speed up the supply of the Watch and also rewarded me with an additional leather strap.

Very good experience. Received what I ordered in good time even outside Germany and got some personal advice on my order which was much appreciated.
