Der Service wie auch die Kommunikation waren vorbildlich. Es wird alles getan um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Mir wurde meine Uhr kostenlos per Express zugesendet, damit ich diese in Urlaub mitnehmen kann.
So macht das Kaufen einer Uhr richtig spass.
Wirklich alles super, mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen.

I’m from Denmark and ordered my watch on Chronofactum’s website. I can highly recommend purchasing from them - also if your German is poor (or even without speaking German). If you have any questions, Tom (fluently in English)will help you. Very service minded and professional. If something should go wrong they will fix it right away. I had a problem with my watch and they promptly made it easy for me to ship it back and sent a new watch with express delivery so I could bring it with me on vacation. Very satisfied and will order again another time.
