It was ok nice person to speak to but I specifically wrote a note asking to send a detailed itemised offer with weight in grams and purity of some gold. But unfortunately it never came was told it wasn't the way they work, but Google says they should do if you ask but it never came so was very disappointed would be better in future to send that information out to give people time to look over the offer.

Prompt payment and quick service but minimum amount hard to work out. I was told my gold was under their minimum weight of 15 gram and I would have to pay £15 if I wanted it returned. I found it very hard to work out if the amount of gold I sent was over their minimum requirement.
