Great service

Blatantly Dismissive Customer Service

I was a regular customer and used their service multiple times each month. Unfortunately, when I encountered an issue and raised a complaint with Cashoot, Peter was dismissive of my concerns and appeared unwilling to engage further, effectively closing the conversation with his final response. Considering how loyal a customer I had been, I found this treatment disappointing and unexpected.
At the very least, I would have expected a more understanding response or a simple courtesy apology, even if there was nothing further that could be done to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and I'm sorry we fell short of the mark on this occasion.

Unfortunately our largest Cashoot wallets that we use to seal the device inside still would not fit an 18 inch screen gaming laptop. This agent had run out of the largest wallets we use for laptops and we did give you the option to leave it unsealed and bubble wrapped instead (which you did) and once they receive the wallets a few days later we could then seal it. But unfortunately it would not fit.

You have since bought back the laptop and everything was ok, but I can understand that you would have preferred to have the laptop sealed inside a wallet.

I believe this is the first 18 inch laptop we have taken via one of our Cashoot agents and we now know for future to let the customer know it can only be bubble wrapped, rather than security sealed.

So I thank you for bringing this to our attention.
