I ordered a case and a ring holder. Delivery took it's time, but I got it eventually. The case is nice in overall and it was sweet that I could customize what's written on it, but the Geo design that I liked a lot on the picture looks like it's dirty in it's light part. I'm used to it by now, but I wouldn't pick it again. The ring holder is a disappointment, it's not a strong holder against a magten, and its print has quickly started to peal off, which is not ok.

Don't buy anything here. The tough cases are an outer case (which has the print) in an inner case. They separate within a week, and that for 35 euro.

Took a while for it to arrive, but very happy with case . Perfect for my phone and what I needed.

Excellent customer service…. Prompt delivery and I am thrilled with the finished phone case. This is the fourth one I have got from this company and I can’t rate them highly enough.

These cases are just see through cheap rubber cases with a poor quality picture printed on the back. It didnt fit my phone properly either. Ive had better from you know who chinese apps!
Ive reached out to customer service who expect you to jump through hoops to return it, so im stuck with 2 rubbish cases now that dont even fit!
Delivery was slow and the customer service reply to my english email in Dutch as well which isnt helpful... avoid!

The case is around 1mm too high for the phone, which made it impossible to swipe right from the very edge of the screen, like WhatsApp. Went back to using an ugly, hard case.

Design didn't cover a significant part of the phone. Wouldn't mind that the sides were still transparant, bit also part of the the surface itself was not covered.

Lovely case exactly as I designed it and I love it so stylish and worth waiting for.

Terrible delivery service

I ordered what I thought to be a wallet case for my Iphone but ordered a hard case. When I contacted the company they were so helpful and understanding and gave me a discount code so I could buy the wallet version, in fact for free. Sophie was so helpful, think this is Amazing Customer Service.

Bad quality of the case, it’s just a printed image. And you can see it. Returning the product seems impossible, they will just respond again and with the same email ( offering a discount to buy something new?)

I wasn't happy with the quality of the phone case they sent me, it barely covered the edges of my phone and my camera was completely exposed, it would certainly crack if dropped. I began the returns process immediately, only to go round in circles trying to get a return. The case was a generic design from their collection, not personalised, and yet they can't begin the returns proces. They can't follow their own policy according to their website and emails have been frustrating, repetitive and unhelpful. They do respond quickly to emails, but not helpfully and appear loathe to refund me the £15 I spent. They have offered me discounts on further purchases in lieu of a return, but I won't be buying again.
