Sign and collect your new car once we have dotted the I's and crossed the T's. We'll do the rest of the paperwork.
The old-fashioned way of buying a car is to get the car finance at the same place where you buy the car. However, this may not always ensure you get the best deal, which is why using a car finance comparison service is important.
If you get your finance from Car LoansUK, you are buying your car from a position of strength, since you will know your budget. Often, dealers can only offer a limited number of deals from a finance company. But at Car LoansUK, we have many lenders on our panel. Meaning, we can make sure you are getting the best finance deal for yourself when you use us to compare car finance.
Plus, we do all the admin, paperwork, and negotiations with the dealer. Because this way, you can drive straight off in your newly purchased car instead of spending hours in the dealer’s sales office.
When you use Car LoansUK as a search tool, you can rest easy knowing you are in safe hands. Because we aim to make finding car finance as quick and easy as possible. We offer you an unparalleled level of service from our specially trained brokers, making the auto finance comparison an easy and smooth process so you can drive away in the perfect car as soon as possible.

As a car dealer working with this company is absolutely awful. It’s impossible to contact them, no answer to phone calls or emails. We’ve basically had a vehicle stolen from us and cannot contact anyone to sort it out!
They were patient, courteous, professional and friendly, they gave me 💯 customer satisfaction i would recommend their services.
Really good communication highly recommend
Very easy and quick Sahand was very helpful top bloke 👍🏻
Thought at first was going to be so easy to purchase a vehicle, on the 24th of July, they found a vehicle with a trusted dealer they had worked with before, signed the documents, everything was good, arranged a date to test drive vehicle, said the dealer would change brakes as had flagged up on mot history as an advisory, apparently dealership said this would be done and by the day of test drive,4th of August.
Upon signing for vehicle the warranty call started,
Typical hard sell, your car will be warranted, need to act quick, said would think about it and a guy would call me back,
Warranty guy seemed genuine, purchased on the 25th July.
4th of August Test drive day- drove 3 hours and got to dealership, vehicle is sat with seized on brakes , missing dust covers off rear hubs, dealer had no idea I was coming down, straight away call the company on the 4th, requested a unwound on finance, all apologetic, even contacted the warranty guy, explained the situation, by the time I was heading back up m5, multiple phone calls stating they would start looking for a different vehicle and warranty could be transferred,
5th of August, call to start another application, stated unwind could be completed in 3/5 working days, they would rush it through
Spoke to warranty guy, said can be transferred to any vehicle, submitted new application at 6.30pm for a bmw,
THOUGHT everything was going good,
On the 7th was told that they no longer dealt with the loan company and that they couldn’t proceed anymore,
Was advised by the warranty guy that he would call me as was concerned about cancelling warranty,
Oh don’t worry when the next company sort out your application we could transfer it over, my exact words were how do I cancel it as it’s been a lot of messing around and I know you have answered my calls but am concerned about time frame.
Don’t worry I will get this sorted for you.
Soooo now after 2 days of chasing I spoke again with car loans uk,
Don’t worry we will escalate it with director of finance as vehicle still isn’t in the process of the unwhind,
I then again rang the warranty guy, bearing in mind they state they created this warranty because they want to give customers a smooth experience, was told that would be looked after and to email cancellations as there are many notes on my file and this wouldn’t be a problem,
After contacting and raising the unwind, and being told now 9 times by 4 different people including the customer care manager that they are sorting the unwind/esculating.
As of today the unwind is still not complete or even been sent, apparently they had the case escalated on the 21st of August,
No one is responding to emails, even the warranty company are chasing for payments, and worse still the other vehicles I reserved with the same loan provided different broker, are now sold, so from the 24th of July, am response for a loan that hasn’t been passed to the dealer, or been retuned to the lender,
Should have been retuned within 3/5 working days, and even the director of finance can’t be bothered to return it, absolute shambles, so would advised based on my experience, don’t be fooled in to a warranty as the guy who sells them to you says he is also part of car loans uk, has got your back but clearly due to what’s happened, has no impact or influence,
Have raised a formal complaint with car loans uk, still awaiting an update, have spoke with the fca, in the process of escalating, and on looking at the reviews, you seem to get a response from here as it’s a public forum from their customer service team, so here is hoping that the unwhind is completed quickly, the warranty issue is resolved and I can actually continue my purchase, hopefully that’s been reserved with a far more interested broker who does seem to assist customers, as I am currently being given updates daily if Carolina’s have returned the funds so they can proceed,
Disappointed as the initial experience was positive ie vehicle search, documents and signing, the rest, completely dissapointing
Very quick and easy, thank you very much. This is the second car.🚗
We had a gentlemen called Charley help us find a car for my partner and he was wonderful very helpful and friendly great customer service from him.

I would like to thank David for supporting me in securing a car that I have always wanted to own. Car loans UK has provided me with support through a rough patch that I went through and provided me with a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you very much for seeing me through a rough patch.
Kade has helped me immeasurably throughout this whole process. I can’t recommend the service enough!
Thank you to Kade and the team for putting my mind at ease and making the process so stress free and easy for me
A smooth process with explanation and guidance all the way. Lauren was a superstar!
Without Prejudice
. The loan advisors, namely James and Michael were extremely helpful. Polite, professional, courteous and friendly. They arranged a suitable loan within a matter of hours …...BUT BUT BUT, Carloans was sorely and annoyingly let down by the rude disrespectful unhelpful and unprofessional staff at their ‘Handover’team . Having secured the loan on a Wednesday they informed me that it was not convenient for them for me to collect the car for at least two weeks Albeit they were in receipt of the funds from the finance company. DO NOT USE CARLOANS AND IF YOU DO, ASK THE LOAN ADVISORS TO CONATCT THE ‘HANDOVER TEAM’ TO ASK FOR THEIR TIMETABLE IN ORDER FOR YOU TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE
The process was easy and straightforward. The person I spoke to was very professional
Jack was amazing , making everything so easy to understand , highly recomand.
So helpful talked me through every stage with no pressure great people and umar was so friendly
Terrible service
At the start they called everyday till I found a car made sure I signed everything and than they all disappeared?
I tried contacting everyone I was getting my calls ignored, made me wait up to 3 weeks to collect the car
Poor customer service
Would not recommend
