Had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting one of the driving instructors on the road (fortunately he didn’t have a student with him)In Stratford upon avon today, straddling the right hand white line with indicator signalling to go right (which is ok) however the road narrowed and instead of checking his left mirror to move inline with traffic just started moving over nearly hitting the front end of our car making us brake and we beeped to make him aware we were there he decided to stop and get out his car to have a go at us like we were in the wrong, we have full dash cam footage should the company need it. The driver then proceeded his journey to take the 3rd exit driving round the roundabout in the middle of the round about stopping other road users from using the round about at the same time again have dash cam and photo as evidence. This ‘instructor’ shouldn’t be teaching any one to drive and perhaps needs to have more teaching him self.

Haven’t received my parcel that was ordered on the 4th December nor have I received a refund

one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced ordered hot tub on 6th june expected delivery the 16th of june i chased them close to that date to find out if delivery was still on plan received and email a few days later stating the 8th of july due to covid and the canal issue ( absolute rubbish there hot tubs come from china my work has shipment containers every month and we havent suffered any delays etc ) any way i emailed and asked when the next 4-6 person hot tub will be availble they emailed back stating 11th July for a product that wasnt the one i ordered ( didn't receive one stating the one i ordered isnt coming on the 8th july) but tried to offer me a 2-4 person i paid for a 4-6 person not a 2-4 person, i have constantly asked for a contact number to talk to someone direct as the content of my emails are not being answered the reason for purchase was part of a proposal to my partner which has been ruined now as this company cant supply the products it advertises and not on the dates promised and after seeing everyones reviews its safe to say the hot tubs are clearly poorly made products which have constant faults when i purchased the hot tub i had a quick look at reviews which were positive but recently its all negative comments they are still taking peoples money even though they can't for fill the customers they already have should i not receive my refund or my hot tub by the end of the week i will take this to trading standards as this isn't acceptable and its effectively stealing peoples money, never known such a poorly run company in my life and I've worked for a few bad company's the unnecessary stress and anger this company has caused is disgusting and they continue to carry on causing it to many more people they should seize trading immediately clearly not competent enough to run a business or satisfy there customers i have all evidence stored to prove the incompetence of this business and the lies they spill DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
