Wrong information.
With VIN no. provided where is very precise information and what I have received was not correct like year of manufacturing and model so basically different car.
Sorry but it’s waste of money and no refund provided.

I agreed to a £2.90 single payment…but be aware that there’s a hidden subscription attached
I made a £2.90 single payment for a plate check using Apple Pay and got auto signed up for a monthly subscription that was not made clear. 4 months @ £26.44 was deducted from my acc until I noticed it on my bank statement. I’ve contacted car judge for a refund, as subscription was not agreed and I have never used the service after the initial check.
The customer service team replied to me straight away and refunded promptly. I was happy with the service provided over all, but feel that the subscription attached payment should be clear for all customers on the first payment page, this would be more honest approach and save time for everyone on wasted payments/refunds/emails

Beware of subscription fees which are…
Beware of subscription fees which are not clearly indicated at time of payment for initial report.
Even after cancelling the subscription online, after eventually seeing the payments in my bank account, they have still requested payment from my bank.
they do not respond to emails regarding the refund of fees taken either.
AVOID!!!

Beware when paying for a car check report. To proceed, you must sign up for their reports subscription and they will automatically bill you! I will not be using them again.

Once I had complained about the subscription Gracia immediately refunded my money. It did go into a Travel Wallet so I was not aware it had actually been refunded until my 3rd call to Barclays but throughout Gracia was polite, helpful and responsive.
