Care Outlook Forest Hill cared for my mum for many years. Their devotion to her as she became more and more frail was extraordinary, nothing was too much and they often acted over and above what was necessary. The team were with her at the end of her life and offered support to me and my family afterwards. Five stars is not enough! I would recommend them 100%

This company need to get shut down, the carers are rude and disrespectful, they have no respect for the clients or their household, The "carers" have kicked my cat and I'm pretty sure that they have poisoned her too now she has really bad kidney damage and only has days if not hours left of life, I come home from work today as I work nights and leave my girlfriend in the care of care outlook couldn't find my cat untill I found her trapped underneath my kitchen cupboard, there is no way she could have got there unless the one of the "carers" moved the plinth of the cupboard and put the extremely ill cat under there and then pushed the plinth back to trap her in, these are not carers and this company shouldn't be allowed to go into peoples houses, if the treat pets this way what are they doing to their clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Some of the staff are ok it’s the management that are a problem ! Don’t listen to what family members say . My father has Alzheimer’s, so gets very confused. so we requested that they don’t send any new carers, so they are no outburst, as he don’t like people he don’t know coming in to the house. I’ve had to tell them time and time again even telling them if his usual carers are not available a family member will do it . Yet again they don’t listen so my father has a go at the carer in his house who he don’t know and they called the police on him a 90 year old man. Half the people that get hired can’t speak clear English let alone write it ! Cooked my Dad a pork pie , if he ate it it could have killed him , they don’t throw out old food , Cultural differences sending people who or scared of dogs when he has a small dog and saying can you get the dog and put it in another room my father is 90 and find it difficult to walk ? He’s 90, dont send people who are scared of dogs to his house it a toy poodle !! I think really bad management.. and just so they keep earning money they don’t care who they send to your house. Really terrible service but too call the police on a 90 year old frail old man instead of his family first is absolutely disgusting

Lots of things went missing at my mothers,, I would never recommend this company….when I raised my concerns,you rang my brother in Egypt. It ended up with me getting a blasting from him,and splitting up the familee because he told everyone that I was a liar and had made it all up,for attention. Of which none of what he said was true. So no I can not contact with you over this again..you kicked my mother out of your care. My brother had some many problems with your company!!

My elderly father has been having carers for some time now. I have made several complaints to the management team about the carers attitudes & lack of compassion & nothing has changed. If you go into a carreer to care for the elderly, then CARE for them instead of sitting on your phones, ignoring the clients when they ask for things & laughing at them.

I would like to warn prospective clients of Care Outlook just how insensitive and uncaring they turned out to be. In fact they made both me and my wife extremely stressed and were in our view, very unprofessional.

Worst care company of all time. In 4 days I had 7 different ‘carers’ - one of the so called carers called very appropriately ‘Red’ was just downright abusive, shouting and angry gestures because I told him how I wanted things done. I only had them because my previous company was taken over by Outlook and I was only given a couple of days notice. The experience was just so Horrible. A DISGUSTING HORRIBLE COMPANY

This review is for Care Outlook Lewisham , I can’t thank them enough the care they gave my mum was brilliant and they have been a great support to me as well , especially Faith she has gone over and above and I really appreciate all of her hard work and all of the caring people who work at the Care Outlook branch . My mum who recently passed away has been looked after morning and evening for the past 3 years by this fantastic company- the Newhaven, East Sussex branch.
The level of care was wonderful, deep respect, humour and careful, efficient loving practice.
The Newhaven branch is very well managed and organised, Zoe does an excellent job. All the carers were brilliant but special thanks must go to Nish. She built a beautiful caring relationship with Mum.
I thoroughly recommend this care agency. Thank you.

I work for Care Outlook just over a year and I am so happy, I have been treated so well since starting in business and I have been given such good opportunities to grow in my professional career.
The team is supportive and I really enjoy working with everyone and all residents .

This is the worst service I have ever seen. The carers are so rude to their clients. I had a carer totally ignore all that my mother said she needed help with. They are just there for the money and not compassionate about what they do. They have been so rough. They speak on their phones whilst on duty, some with headphones in their ears and others singing aloud when my mom is trying to rest. Overall, this is the worst service ever. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES. UNLESS YOU DONT LOVE THEM.

So my main carers have been on holiday for 2 weeks both of them at the same time! It’s been annoying for myself, different carers daily which is something I put a stop too. I have 3 calls per day so I want the same carer throughout the day, then I don’t know how many times I’ve stressed my calls per day 11am 3pm and 6pm so the carers are telling me that’s what is on their rota and they have other calls to get too? That is not my issue? I so fed with the carers that cover that have an attitude when they asked to do something to help? Is that not there job. I don’t have no issues when my carers are working. But as soon as they are on leave. It’s mayhem. The office are calling me asking favours for carers about changing my times. I will not because I have a routine!!! I’ve so stressed out!!! 5 different carers over a 2 week period is just a joke!!!

My mum has been with this care company not long now and to be 100% honest i even have photo and video proof. The worst company i have ever encountered, i’m a young girl 19 years of age who lives with my mum who has care outlook come out to her 4 times a day so that means i obviously have things to do alone cause its just me, my sister and my mum that lives together and they see her 30 minutes each time and when the 30 mins is over they leave everything coming down to even feeding her so even if she’s hungry still they’ll leave the food next to her when she’s not able to even feed herself (she’s bed bound) they’ll leaves the food next to her. Another thing Ive witnessed is making food for my mum or tea etc, they’ll make it and spill tea/milk/sugar/water everywhere all on the kitchen sides, as a girl who always is cleaning and doing house chores and even when I've just cleaned they don't even wipe up the mess they make (i have pictures). Also, ive told them loads of times ive just cleaned the floor in the kitchen/living room when they know that as well and ive told them numerous times to put foot covers on when they enter, they don’t do that either so they tread all mud,water,sh!t the lot into the house so i have to clean it all again this happens almost everyday/ most days and don't even wash the dishes or when they do its with just water!! Another thing I've told them that the black bin outside which to dispose my mum nappies doesn’t get thrown into it you put it into a black bag and leave it in the bin and put the lid on top they don’t listen to that either so a couple of times i have to take out used nappies out of the bin and keep putting them into a black bag when the bin may be almost half way full. Not long ago i wasn’t home i had to go to the shop to get groceries and i have a dog that barks it doesn’t bite i wouldn’t have aggressive animals around my ill mum, the carers waited outside for however long when i was out getting the groceries until i got back home to let them in cause apparently they are scared of dogs? So why go to a client’s house if you are “afraid” of dogs? Oh yeah, i just remembered this i’m sure its the last one to put the cherry on the top! One day they left noodles for my mum to eat with a spoon and left it next to her so even if she tried using her bad arm that doesn't work well u expect her to eat noodles with a spoon? The carers have no respect, no decency and no actual love to actually care for these people that genuinely need it i’m very very angry to the point i want to take the neglect to court the worst company i have ever come across shut the company down and stop speaking a different language doing your job! It’s against the law!!

Would not work here again. Pay is low. Always short staffed. Office people speak to carers like crap. Sent on calls single handed when it’s a double up. Holidays never approved. Lack of training. Rude management. Does not even deserve 1*

Care Outlook i thought they were good but not anymore . Carers come different times each day - so we can’t have a routine for when to wake up the person getting the care . They cancel care appointments last minute
Carers come at a time as it’s good for them - always putting us last priority

Standards are disgustingly low. Wash dishes and leave.

I have worked for Care Outlook New Larchwood branch for about 9 months. Such a great management and staff. Specially my manager was very humble and very helpful to the staff and clients too. It was truly pleasure to working with everyone. I missed that place a lot. Wish everyone a great future.

If you are looking for a visa sponsorship company than this is the place for you. You will get your visa If you are requiring care than AVOID….
You will not be getting care . My mum had one carer who had only been in the country for under a month and couldn’t communicate pass ok ok . They Always use the same gloves for changing to prepare food.The carers arrive with limited gloves often asking each other for gloves(or they often come with gloves on , meaning they are using the same pair between calls) when you ask them to change their gloves you will be told we don’t have any more and I just put them on. You will be faced with language barriers, cultural differences, carers with lack of social skills or life skills, major major communication difficulties. The management is a complete joke . I called the office on a weekend and the phone was answered with a hello and a kid screaming in the background. Every day is torture you will find yourself explaining everything and repeating how to use everything. Next morning it will be new carers and the same thing over and over again. You can call management and good luck it’s like speaking to the mafia . Hillingdon council has given them this contract and now we are returning to our old care company .Please keep calling Hillingdon social services and get this contract changed. I have spoken to Hillingdon council and I know Im not alone. I was informed that complaints were being lodged.
If you require care services served by trained, non-judgmental, caregivers than this is not the company for you. Im annoyed that I have to give them one star because it should be minus.

Cancelling care because you wanted to make a complaint.
Company has:
No duty of care,
No safeguarding,
They don’t care about your relative’s.
they have a contract with Hillingdon council, so do not use.

Well what can I say. Very dangerous carers. Two carers tried to give me a double dose if my seizure tablets on two occasions. And for iver four weeks when the carers are supposed to supervise me to take my medication they just leave it with me and write on the notes they have watched me take it. And one carer in particular on a daily basis will tell me about the other clients she visits and really F'ing and blinding about the clients which not only is a bad thing to do to those you care for but also a breach of confidentiality. Which against the law. I have nothing good to say about care Outlook hillingdon. On two times I have had to call the office regarding the carers and the have shouted down the ozone St me just by me mentioning my name. Due to my oersonslity fisorder this has made cry so much that my psycho therapist had to calm me down.
