We have been provided quality greeting cards along with excellent customer service and have been a trusted part of our community since 1990. Cards through the post allows us to bring the beautiful greeting cards we sell and our excellent customer service to everyone in the UK and to your door. We are an online greeting card retailer. We sell quality cards at a fair price, delivered to your door. Greeting cards for birthday, greeting cards for anniversary or birth of a new baby or many other happy occasions. Or let them know you are thinking of them with a get well or thinking of you card or a sympathy card. We stock high quality greeting cards from leading UK card publishers and some small independent UK card publishers to offer something a bit different to what you would find with the large card retailers. We pride ourselves on how we package our cards and the level of customer service that we feel the large card retailers can not match. We send our greeting cards out to you in cardboard backed envelopes to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. All our cards are sent out using Royal Mail first class post to ensure they reach our customers quickly.

The service provided by cards through the post was generally a good experience. I would of liked an update in the processing of the order as I did not know if the card was on it's way until it arrived. The tracking didn't seem to be available to me and maybe that was because I was a guest rather than account holder.

I’ve looked into your order. I can see that our website system sent an order confirmation to the email address provided and I can see that Royal Mail sent a shipping notification to the same email address. If you didn’t receive those, then there is a good chance they went into your spam folder.
In terms of tracking, the card was sent as standard second class post by Royal Mail. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not provide tracking on standard first or second class post.
On orders over £30 we provide free shipping and those orders are sent Tracked 24. On those orders, tracking information is provided.
