Do not, repeat NOT buy anything from these thieves. 3 months worth of emails for something ordered in good faith and no reply. Avoid.

Product doesn’t work, company offers replacement so that the 30 days window passes, then doesn’t send replacement and won’t refund because the 30 day window passed while waiting for replacement to arrive. Also PayPal then won’t refund due to the 30 day window passing. Worst company ever, cheap product that seems like it shipped straight from Temu, seriously don’t waste your money.

For what was advertised & what I got, were 2 totally different things (twice). Their website is full of "default/automatic" addon items, if you get a bit clicky, you end up with a lot of stuff you don't need.
I made sure I only bought 2 x Cartconnect Pro devices as per the image/s advertised on their webpage. What I got were 2 totally different devices from another manufacturer,
(Not a Carconnet Pro product-actually called "Carplay Box"). Even though it works, it has delays etc & that it covers the other USB port, which is the reason I wanted Carconnect Pro, because they are inline USB, not off the back of the device. When I complained, they actually did the right thing & send me another package of Carconnect Pro's. Again, incorrect products were sent for the 2nd time. Either they are sending fake products or their dropshipper is sending out fake products. Clearly a scam or a dropshipper scam.
These are Chinese delivered units, not from USA. Takes about 6 days to leave China & about 3-4 days to get to you. They did respond in time after I stated my case, but would not prove they actually sent me 2 x Carconnect Pro devices. Will "never ever" buy from this mob again! Stay clear!!!!

The price when I looked was £34.99when I went to pay it was £75.89 I did not look and paid. I would not have ordered at that price as it is under £20.00 on other sites. It is only plastic not metal as expected. There are no instructions in the box.

Ordered 2 CarPlay Wireless Adapter on May 27th. Have asked them 3 times for updates and tracking numbers. They say items have shipped and tracking numbers will be sent when generated. Website says the adapters are in stock but their replies cite supply chain issues. This is total BS. I will keep my fingers crossed as thes were supposed to be gifts in June.

The nozzle didn't perform the way it was presented in the ad that I saw on Facebook. From the ad I was expecting much more water pressure than it has. It did not perform any better than other products like it that are a fraction of the cost of the jetterix.

At least I was able to contact a human being who could offer real help.

We had previously purchased a Radar Detector and a Tire Pressure thing years ago, so we have no need for duplicate products

I ordered two CarConnectPro devices for $39.00 USD each and paid by credit card. However, as soon as I had paid I received notice that an extra amount of $96.00 USD had been added to the bill for warranty cover. I did not ask for warranty cover and this was not mentioned at the time of purchase. It was also not practical given that the company is in the US and I reside in New Zealand. Furthermore, how can they justify a warranty cover that was more than the original purchase price. It is simply fraud / theft. I immediately contacted the company to ask for the removal of the warranty and a credit to my account or a full refund. Despite the fact that I contacted them minutes after the order, they told me that the products had already shipped. Clearly a blatant lie. I persisted with my request for the warranty cost to be refunded and eventually they emailed me and agreed to do so. Surprise! Surprise! I received no refund. Dishonest liars? Now that I have the products, they do not work. Their website says that a customer can return the product within 90 days for a full refund but they have since told me the time period is 30 days and 45 days respectively so no confidence that they will honour any refund promise. Furthermore, I will obviously have to pay the cost of the product return and clearly not likely to get a refund given their behaviour to date - just more money down the toilet. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS WAITING TO RIP YOU OFF!

I ordered 1 device. I declined all other offeres leading to checkout. Then the system does not show you what you are being charged for until the payment has been made. So i got charged for an additional 4 devices plus 4 warranties which i did not order. I contacted them immediately to refund their error. For them to say the items have already been dispatched and when i receive the devices i can return and request a refund. This is rubbish. No one dispatches that fast. I have not even received an email to confirm my order, never mind an email providing a tracking number for my order. Do not purchase from this company. They are scammers. Take unautherised money off your card and then dont refund it back. Not a trust worthy company at all!

Literally the dodgiest company I've ever dealt with!

Would not allow me to reverse an order for excess product inavertently ordered due to their sneaky ordering system, then played every trick in the book to prevent me returning them.

The Webb page gave us a lot of problems. Once we went through PayPal it kept taking us back to the order page. and because we had paid with PayPal it kept charging us up to nine of the products.
So we would like to return the 8 and keep the one that we wanted.

The support team has actually been very responsive for the most part. They tracked down the missing order and were really great about making sure they followed up.
The product is another thing all together.

BUYER BEWARE. The WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. Everything about their structure is misleading and borderline unethical/illegal. Never in my life have I had to work so hard to get a refund for something I accidentally bought from this company. Their website requires approval for you to post reviews if that tells anyone anything.. My story: requested an immediate refund no later than 5 minutes after accidentally purchasing $288 worth of their products, the support team (Victoria, who by the way is obviously an AI agent) said they were experiencing technical issues and would be able to help once the system was back up, once the item shipped the system magically was back up and they then told me since it had already shipped, there was nothing they could do and I had to request a refund once it arrived. Well, once it arrived (3 weeks later) I didn’t even open the package, requested a full refund only for them to leave me on hold 10 min each phone call and then try to sell me on 25%, 45%, then 70% refund before finally giving in to give me the address to ship my order back to. I imagine my story is very much like any others that were tricked into purchasing items off this website. BUYER BEWARE.

Would give you 4 stars but to much pushing to buy other stuff

I echo what has been said by others regarding upselling, shipping and customer service response time. Their polices do not seem to align with what is claimed on the website. For example, the website claims a 90 day money back guarantee but their customer service says that it is 30 days! I was offered a 25% refund when I contacted them but it never arrived and when questioned they said it was outside the 30 day window. It is almost impossible to get through to customer service on their support number and they are inconsistent with email support. I am extremely disappointed with my treatment from this company and can only say buyer beware!

As many people have said, if you mis-step and don’t untick or tick the right boxes on their aggressive upselling pages, they charge you for random things nobody would ever want, especially at their ridiculous prices. Then when you contact them, they’re extremely slow and appear not to care. I messaged straight away to say I didn’t want the random things and they say it’s already been packed (within 10 minutes?) and ready to be shipped so they might not be able to help. Then after two weeks of emailing them, they reply and say they’re looking in to it and THEN I get a shipping notification. Just don’t buy from them. I don’t even want the thing any more. I simply want my money back after such a horrible experience. I also tried to leave a negative review on their website and it had to be “approved” before it would go on their website. Then I notice no 1 star reviews on their website despite thousands of sales? Go figure. Honestly, go somewhere else

Lies! Add warranty without authorization. Had to find the small print to only order one and never gave me a confirmation of the price before placing order. And says it’s processed immediately after ordering. Luckily I went though Pay pal might let them deal with it DO NOT ORDER
