Worst customer service and service - delay of 5 days
I have placed an order to receive a physical gift card (amount of 230€) and haven’t received any email confirmation. 2 days later, there was no update sent, no customer service response. I have sent an email to their customer service - nobody responded, had to call them directly and press number 5 at their automatic response so someone can pick up my call. Don’t know where my card is and where is going to be deliver.. hopefully that will happen someday
