Unable to use my gift cards
I have two gift cards 100 euros each that I attempted to redeem, but I never received the cards. I contacted customer service by email several times, but I have not received a clear response or a proper resolution.
The lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would expect a more reliable and responsive service and get my cards back so i can use them.

I understand promotion for own products/comission etc but if in the menu there is a proper link that directs to "redeem amount" or such that first lets u select the card/service u want to take the money to, that would be very helpful.
