The product is very bad … I bought a glass top gas hob last year and is it broken and shattered everywhere while I was cooking …so dangerous to have such a bad product at home …. I contacted the service but they did not do anything with that even though it is the product fault as 1year warranty period is over …. Never recommend that to anyone

Highly recommend these appliances
We sell these appliances in our appliance business and I have to say they are a breath of fresh air to deal with compared to some of the other Major Brands.

We believe this review may have been left for the wrong company, as we are CATA UK (cata-appliances.co.uk) and this appears to relate to a purchase in Spain?
Regarding the sensitivity you mentioned, many modern ceramic and induction hobs are designed to be highly responsive for safety and efficiency reasons. This can sometimes feel over-sensitive if you’re not used to touch controls, but correct pan placement and settings usually help.
