We are very happy with CA Next Bank in Switzerland. We started being their clients with our first mortgage, and we were very happy with everything, especially because our advisor, Inken, made everything very smooth and easy for us. Now with our second mortgage we directly contacted Inken and again everything went great. We can highly recommend CA Next Bank.

Great experience with CA Nextbank for my mortgage

I had a great experience with CA Nextbank when arranging my mortgage. The interest rates are excellent, and the support I received from the Zurich Office team was outstanding—very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process.
While the apps could be more user-friendly, the overall service and conditions more than make up for it. Highly recommended!

It took 22 days until I was told my account doesn't work because they need more information. And noone cared to contact me, I had to contact them twice on my own to find out what's wrong (they didn't reply to the first message for a week, I had to send another). The information they needed was amongst others a list of all the other banks I have accounts at - something no other bank ever asked me, so it's not a industry standard, rather a weird CA policy which wants to know too much about their clients. During the time my account was put on hold, transfers didn't arrive without any information and the app crashed when trying to see the account details. Don't even try opening an account there - I don't know who that bank is for, but definitely not for the customers, because they don't care about them at all.

The agency in Lausanne is run by a French banker with a resulting infamous bureaucracy, arrogance and a total disregard to customers on a brink of discriminatory practices. What a waste of time and a nonsense experience it was applying for a mortgage! Never again - better find a normal Swiss bank with a truly Swiss customer service.
