Fast, efficient and friendly staff
Our experience was fantastic, from the moment we reached out to the company the entire experience was fast and efficient. We needed to sell our car in a short period of time and this allowed us to do exactly that. A fair price was offered for our car. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would use this company again in the future.

The process was well organized and efficient. The only thing I felt was missing was a bit more friendliness from the person who received me. I had owned my car for more than 10 years and mentioned that it was an emotional moment for me because I had so many memories associated with it, but there was no display of empathy. Apart from that, everything went smoothly!

Poor Service
To be fair: I finalized the deal, and got my moeny, however, the process wasn’t fast as they they advertised. They significanlty lowball you - it wss difficult to accept the price online however, when I went there the reduced it even more. The payment ws received only 5 days later.

Regarding the value, the price adjustment was due to the differences verified between the online estimate and the in-person inspection. The online valuation is always an estimate based on the information provided, and the final value reflects the actual condition of the vehicle as well as current market conditions, so that we can always offer a fair and accurate price.
As for the payment, in your specific case it was necessary to request a mileage report to validate the vehicle's kilometres. As explained both at the branch and by phone, this process can take a few extra days, as it depends on external entities such as the IMT. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
