Great app want to upgrade next month

I purchased this service specifically to obtain a tax report for my cryptocurrency transactions. However, the report I received was not suitable for my Italian tax requirements and contained essentially the same transaction information that I could already download for free from my Coinbase account.

I requested a refund, but CoinTracker refused because I had downloaded the report. The problem is that I could only discover that the report was unsuitable after downloading and reviewing it.

I paid for a service that turned out to be unusable for the purpose for which I purchased it, and I find their refund policy extremely unfair and disappointing.

This is an excellent tool to prepare taxes on your digital assets. The IRS process for taxing individual crypto holdings is simplified greatly by using Cointracker. The software collects data across numerous wallets which is a big advantage. Thanks!

CoinTracker is a lot more able to show defi activity that other software struggles with.

Generally easy to use.

Of the crypto tax tracking apps I have used and am familiar with, it is the easiest to use and the only one that provides for multi-factor authentication login.

I came across the platform whilst accessing educational programmes from Ronin Wallet which taught me about being accountable with regards to taxes within my own country New Zealand. So I signed up. I have been unsuccessful in tracing all my earnings via a number of different wallets who have similar programs to earn rewards and using those rewards to stake and to invest in crypto currencies. I have not invested alot of my own money within any of the several wallets I've signed up to as part of learning more about comparing wallets and exchanges. I have earned and then lost earnings due to the several changes in crypto currencies and Bitcoin. Cointracker has helped me to see what some of my rewards have achieved and this has been helpful but not full proof. some of the wallet ID's don't corrolate within the app's I have on my iphone this has been confusing and I haven't been able to access my earnings within the wallet apps, so I've tended to lose faith in the apps wallets and moved on to others. I have also been focusing on the Gate.oi wallet and app which has accounted for my Proof of Reserves however, I'm having similar issues there as well and downloading the Merkle Tree software is also a mindfield as I'm not that ofay with IT stuff. I wish I had a mentor. I am still grateful for what I've learnt on Cointracker...but again I'm not so sure its picked up on everything I've invested in and don't feel comfortable asking support as I have done in the past and I'm sure they can see I'm not doing so well with the constant changes in this industry. I haven't invested in the cointracker service because I'm not entirely sure of the type of support they provide I'd appreciate a little more encouragement. To be fair I'm not a paying client.
