They sent serum without needle heads. Tried to call but their customer service phone never works. I emailed and was told to submit picture which I did. I kept emailing for a response and got nowhere. Very poor…

Love this product and will keep buying it. Just this time one of my products (clinical exosomes) was delivered in its original packaging as expected, but unexpectedly this time the lid was loose or had not been screwed on properly and some of the product was congealed around the lid as a thick paste and also spilled in the box. I had written an email upon receipt and opening, but had no response from Cocunat. So was throughly disappointed.

Although my items had leaked inside the boxes, the team responded quickly and replaced the items. I love the curl moisturiser and curl booster, it’s great to use and let my hair dry naturally. Especially in the hot weather.

My comment relates to the logistics component only. Cocunat use the worst delivery service in Luxembourg (Colis Privé) who does not let you change delivery details, so no idea when I will get my parcel. Also, Colis Privé did not correctly copy the digicode of my storage box which would allow them to leave the parcel securely in my absence, as all others do. Will not order from Cocunat again unless they confirm they will work with professional services in the future.

I really love your products
I really love your products. It does cost me quite a bit more to buy from Canada. Currently, the delivery charges from Spain are considerable. However, the microinfusion is still worth the cost to me right now.

Big fan of these truly natural products
I love the hair and skin products I have tried, they really feel natural which I love and feel is not very common. I used to love the deodorant but after using it for a while for some reason it has lost effectiveness. I’m sad to hear you’re discontinuing this product as I feel there’s a real need for this in the market. I’m a big fan of Vitamin C capsules, the 7 oils (black collection) and the leave in conditioner

Products Amazing but Delivery Service HORROR
The products are amazing but the delivery experience has been a HORROR, I order my products 1 month ago... the package was marked as delivered at my home when I was even not there. When I got home the package was not there.... and it toke so long to get an answer or to know what was going on, no updates, no checks....
More than a month to get my products and when I finally get them there is not even a message of thanks for the patience, we are sorry... costumer service could really improve here.
