Very good experience, reliable company. I booked my trip as I live in Germany

they had price mistake and trying to get it from me!

tried to book a trip through their website, but the payment didn’t go through. I received no confirmation, no booking number – absolutely nothing. Since it was clear something went wrong on their end, I decided to leave it and booked a trip elsewhere.

Now, to my surprise, I keep receiving email after email from 5vorFlug demanding payment for a trip I never managed to pay for – let alone go on. How can you expect someone to pay for something that was never successfully booked or confirmed?

Completely unprofessional and confusing. Customer service is slow and evasive. Never again with 5vorFlug.

I don’t recommend it! Total scam, we have booked and payed in full while holiday. During our stay and accommodation we had an alert from reception that we should immediately make a pay for our stay because the hotel didn’t get any money from the 5vonflug !!! Beware of this scam, when I contacted the resident of the 5vonflug he said that they’re sorry but they have money problems and we should pay AGAIN FOR OUR STAY and when we come back we should call the insurance and get back our money if it’s even possible

Long story short: as each travel agency when you get in trouble or get really sick wont ever be tolerant to you or try to offer an alternative or rebook you for the next holz so noone would loose, big NO they just deduct get their percentage by each day and you end up with hardly any money returned as just has happend to us, unbelievable and nasty! Rather move into the coastal country with better people and the whole economy meaning all in one than travel like this with risks!!

I got sick 2 days before travelling and you took 80% of the whole price like its a client’s fault. Afterwards Ive got to deal with a bad approach of doctors not wating to fill a document for the insurance company and this ‘lovely’ insurance company will obviously do everything to get their piece of even though my holz was fully insured and the story gets further into the dirt.

To recap if you offered other time to travel for the same price in the matter of satisfaction of both sides noone would loose.
Thats what clients would appreciate.

For the second year in a row I was able to book through 5Vorflug an excellent hotel at a low price for my trip as a delegate to the COP UN climate conference, when there is high demand for lodging in the host city.

The worst customer experience i have ever received

I have a booking ref 34050177 but am unable to get any information from Eurowings or Lufthansa as they can't find me on their system. This is causing issues as there is a German language barrier and nobody can help me in giving me the 6 digit booking ref to confirm what is with the Airline. Can someone please help in English please?

They use low cost airlines who did a very last min cancelation.
5vorflug was not willing to help with any changes to flight or hotel

cannot recommend them, booking is very intransparent, you commit to the travel without payment details, this is fishy and geared towards forcing bookings. Also, bad customer service. My arrival in Thailand was not communicated and I had to organize transport myself.

I made holiday package booking via 5vorFlug, but a week before our departure I received an email that our flight airport/time have been changed. I have sent custorme service several emails that I am not happy with this change, but no response at all!

Never again! I definately do not recommend it to anyone. As soon as we booked a trip for 9 nights incl. transfer, they came with all kind of extra costs, that maybe we have to pay for the transfer, and that we will have to spend the last night in another that we have to pay for. They refused to give us any details about the transfer, then after a travel of 20 hours, they expected us to wait 8 hours for the transfer and lose a full day of our vacation!!! We ended up booking and paying for a domestic flight instead for ourself. After claiming the costs back they themselves a 6 months of reaction time.

We had a great experience booking through this company and we got a good travel deal. Absolutely no issues. Would book again.

I booked all inclusive trip to Maldives from 5vorFlug through Check24. There had been some problems with payment (declined by Paypal). Try to call 5vorFlug and NEVER reached (telephone nor email). I beginning to wonder are there any real people working at 5vorFlug ?.. Luckily we can always get in-touch with Check24 and they settled everything for us and do the best they can (5 stars to Check24!)

In Maldives everything was great, as sub of FTI travel, 5vorFlug use the FTI network and did as they promised. The Travel Agent in Maldives known us as FTI and they are really great and helpful (5 Stars to FTI partner!).

Soo my conclusion, the only good about 5vorFlug is that we have a good package price (the “cheapest” one). Everything else were great but that points goes to Check24 and FTI network, not particularly 5vorFlug. From this experience, if you find a good travel package from 5vorFlug , I suggest not to book that package through 5VorFlug website, instead book it though other reliable travel agent (e.g. Check24). Let the travel agent deal with 5vorFlug if there are some problems in your reservation . Otherwise, you will be literally left alone.

I booked a trip with them from Nuremberg to Antalya on 30.08.2021. Luckily i checked my flight reservation on Turkish Airline which was of course doesn't exists.

There is a PNR code working for the return flight but not on the the way to Antalya from Nuremberg. Being trying to call them now from last 24 hours but unfortunately no one picks up the phone.

Surely, NOT recommended to book with them at all.

When I was in Turkey, I booked a hotel room on 5vorflug via holidaycheck.de on date 24.05.2021.
After the booking request, I didn't get any confirmation e-mail with an invoice from 5vorflug in the next 4 days.
On the date 28.05.2021, 5vorflug canceled my booking automatically and sent me a stornierung because of payment was not completed.

After I came back to home in Germany, I saw an invoice and mahnung (inkasso) in my post box.
The problem is I couldn't pay the amount because didn't get any confirmation and invoice per e-mail when I was in Turkey.

I send an e-mail to mahnwesen but they didn't give me any answer.
I tried to contact via phone many times but couldn't reach to right supporter.

Today inkasso send me an invoice with a higher amount, I will forward the process to my lawyer.
