Great lightweight canteen
I bought 2 Urban bottles, large and medium.
About me: I always do a good amount of research before buying, and I then have expectations towards my products. Some say, I'm difficult :)
When it comes to canteen, I have been a long time user of Klean Kanteen.
First the product:
Pros:
single walled canteens
very light
medium size opening, easier to drink from than Klean Kanteen, yet easy to see inside and clean.
Great selection of colours, I got the brushed metal and borealis, both look amazing.
I also like the silicon tie that helps with carrying the canteen or pulling it out of a bag.
The price, really competitive.Delivery smooth.
"Cons": the only drawback I see is more of a natural compromise of the canteen being lightweight. It might mean more incline to denting, and the walls are really thin. And the lid is also light and well executed, however feels less durable than with Klean Kanteen.
Final note: the customer service is a text book example of what a sound customer service of a modern online brand should be.

I thought the product is made in Europe but it actually made in China and shipped from China to the U.S. It ends up that they charged me tariff tax. It get really pricy. Not worth it.

Great adult bottles, but customer service and kids bottles very poor
I’ve been a loyal 24Bottles customer for four years and genuinely love my own adult bottle—it is durable and keeps drinks hot for hours. Because of that positive experience, I trusted the brand and bought a €30 kids' bottle. Unfortunately, it has been a massive disappointment.
After just two days of use, the bottle suffered a minor, low-height fall from our buggy. From that single short drop, the bottom deformed and became unstable (causing it to slowly leak) and the small black pull-tab on the straw snapped in half, making it hard to open. On top of that, within two months, the paint started chipping off even though it was never once put in the dishwasher. I've since spoken with other friends who experienced the exact same issues with their kids' bottles.
When I contacted customer support, they refused to cover it under warranty, blaming the structural damage entirely on drops. As a "gesture of goodwill," they offered free shipping on a future order. Offering just free shipping—something you can get anywhere online—feels like an insulting gesture for a long-time loyal customer.
Children are naturally going to drop bottles, so a €30 product marketed for children should be able to withstand a minor, low-height fall. We have already purchased a much more durable bottle from another brand for our child. While their adult bottles are great, I cannot recommend the kids' line.

The best, durable products
Fast and reliable shipping. I have been using the same water bottle daily for 6+ years. I have also bought a thermo bottle, which performs pretty well conserving both heat and cold for hours (even when left in the car during summer). I am also pretty satisfied with the tumblers.
I have bought the same products for my husband, who also uses them daily.
Additionally, it is great that they sell bottle caps separatly, so they can be replaced.
