Defective Product
My product was defective and they did not make the situation right and so I was left with a nonworking bike that I paid for. I requested a way to return the bike at least 10 times and they ignored me each time. Every time I left a review on their website, they deleted it because it was a negative review. Do not go by their website reviews. I put in a complaint with the BBB, hopefully that goes somewhere.
