Never got a confirmation email to say the order went through. Paid for next-day delivery, yet the item came 3 days later. When the item came, it was damaged. Personally, I think this was the delivery's fault as they were struggling to carry the item and dropped it at the door.

Edward, I'm sorry to hear the griddle arrived damaged and that the delivery fell short of what you expected. Our records show an order confirmation was sent on 16 July and a shipping confirmation on 17 July, although that does not establish whether they reached your inbox. Thank you for explaining the problems with the delivery.
