When l phoned in my repeat order at 12.30pm l ask your staff that the order would go out that day. You say on your website that all orders received before 15.30pm will go out that day Your staff said it definitely would be. This was 12.30 on Friday l got a notification on Monday that my order was being dispatched so it definitely was not sent out on Friday You should stick to your promises.
