Unprofessional Driver and Unfair Rating System
My driver confirmed the trip, agreed to all the details in our chat, and then cancelled at the exact moment the trip was supposed to start. Because of this, I missed a very important appointment. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
What is even more frustrating is that BlaBlaCar allows drivers to leave reviews for passengers who cancel late, yet passengers cannot leave a review for drivers who cancel at the last minute. This is unfair and leaves future passengers with no way of knowing that a driver behaves like this. If drivers can rate passengers for late cancellations, passengers should have the exact same right when drivers do the same.
