Terrible experience of being overcharged at SIXT Zurich Airport.

I feel that I have been deceived by SIXT agent when picking up my reserved car.

I received the same car of my reservation and was charged more than 50 % of the contract.

Spent a long time trying to solve the problem with the SIXT Customer Service to no avail.

They did not explain the difference between the category of my reservation and the one that was changed by the Agent without any explanation.
