I bought a brand new Audi Q4 etron last year and it was the worst mistake I’ve ever made !!! The salesman I bought it off must have been smoking something good cos the mileage he told me I would get I’ve never got anywhere near on a 100% charge no matter what conditions etc…
Now for the last 3/4 months I’ve got a charging fault which means I can’t charge my car at home instead I have to pay extortionate prices at public chargers!!! Audi are aware of this and say it’s a software issue and that they are awaiting a fix for but apparently it’s quite common and il just have to wait until there is a fix through a software update !!!
The customer services are absolutely awful you pay a higher price for a supposed premium brand car but in reality it’s awful and now I can’t use the charger that costs about £2.50 instead I’m paying between £35-£45 il never buy Audi again 😡
