Bought an Audi TT from these jokers two weeks ago. Car was delivered, tyre pressure light on. Stalks wouldn’t work. Clutch gone within 1 hr. Had to replace rear tyres. Nightmare of a process to get my money back- sent a very aggressive recovery driver up who nearly got filled in and put in the dumpster. Awful.

My first experience of buying with FOW was excellent. This is the biggest car supermarket I’ve seen and the cars were amazing. Loved the retro cars inside too! My sales advisor Ruby was fantastic- very efficient and friendly, sorted all the paperwork out for me there and then and was extremely accomodating given I was an hour late for vehicle pickup. All together, 10/10 from me!
