After almost a year of good service…
After almost a year of good service they have lost the plot. First, there was an UI bug inside of Smartlead that deleted all my vendor bought emailadresses.
After some back and forth with support, they reinstated my accounts and everything was fine - I lost some days of cold email but at least i was able to start again.
Than out of nowhere the fix they applied still broke and all of my vendor bought (zapmail - I used their system) emails disconnected.
For some reason supports first answer is '' we will enable warmup'' even if you tell them all your emailadresses are disconnected.
This time support has been really slow. I have needed to follow up myself and after 48 hours of them saying ''I escalated it to another team'' I am honestly done waiting and done paying money (almost 200 euro a month) for a setup that breaks, by their mistakes and by their design.
