Highly unprofessional sales rep
After I politely explained that the thermal printer was not cost-effective for my business and requested to be removed from their mailing list, sales rep Mr or Misses Kelly replied again with a condescending and dismissive follow-up. When I pointed out how unprofessional it was to continue contacting me after I asked to be removed, he stopped responding. I specifically requested to speak with a supervisor, but that request was ignored.
This experience reflects very poor customer service. I hope management addresses this behavior with Mr. Kelly or Misses Kelly.
