They sell faulty goods that are not described as faulty - Something that seems to be a legal requirement for any other auction company.
Their customer service is disgusting. Their hidden charges are extortion.
I’m amazed that this company can legally trade in this manner. So openly. They basically declare they’ve conned you into spending your money and there’s nothing you can do!

We offer all potential buyers the opportunity to attend the auction and view Lots in person. Sales with viewing are sold as seen and we would always recommend you take advantage of this viewing period so you can be satisfied that the Lot meets your personal expectations.
Our Lots can come from many different backgrounds including second hand and retail returns so we do encourage bidders to come along to site and attend the auction in person to view goods before deciding to bid.
