Order not delivered, no customer support
I placed an order with Interflora Portugal on 29/05/2026 for delivery on 01/06/2026. The order was confirmed, but the flowers were never delivered on the scheduled date.
I contacted customer support and only received an automatic ticket confirmation. After that, no real response, no explanation, no solution and no refund confirmation.
This is completely unacceptable. The order was for a specific date and personal occasion, so a late delivery is meaningless. Very poor service and very poor customer support.
